Coastal Counseling and Art Therapy provides services to individuals and families needing help during challenging times. We will work closely with the client to create a plan ideal for their specific needs and goals. The hope is to provide a safe and supportive environment where an individual or family may process emotions and/or behavior, improve communication, learn healthy coping skills, and work towards feeling they are in a more positive emotional and mental place.
The office is located at Fort Andros (Suite 202) on 14 Maine Street in Brunswick.
